Screen, also known as screen printing plate or silk screen, is a printing tool used to transfer patterns or text to various materials. Screens are usually made of fine mesh (such as nylon, polyester, metal, etc.), and photosensitive materials are coated on the mesh surface. After exposure and development, they are washed with clean water to form the hollow part of the pattern. During printing, the ink is transferred to the substrate through the hollow part, thus completing the printing.
Features:
Wide applicability: Screen printing can be applied to a variety of materials, such as paper, cloth, plastic, metal, glass, etc.
Bright colors: Screen printing can show bright and saturated colors, which is suitable for large-area color printing.
Thick layers can be printed: Screen printing can print thicker ink layers, which is suitable for printing that requires prominent effects.
Suitable for small-scale printing: Screen printing can print small-scale printing, which is suitable for personalized customized products.
Suitable for repeated printing: Screens can be reused to reduce costs.
Our company provides customers with screen making services, including: aluminum frame, screen, art finishing, printing, content production.
If the customer knows the size, tension, mesh number, and film thickness of the screen, he can inform the receptionist and the screen can be made for him.
If there is no reference data, the staff can provide customers with production data according to the printing content and printed items.
Commonly used aluminum frames: 34*24, 38*28, 30*50, 37*47 cm...
Common mesh number: 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 420 mesh
Common mesh: nylon, polyester
Re-plate instructions:
Under normal use, if the tension of the mesh is still within the allowable range, the screen content can be washed off with chemicals and then new content can be made. This is called re-making without changing the mesh.
If the mesh is broken, the tension is insufficient, or the mesh is blocked, the mesh must be re-stretched and new content must be made. It is called re-screening.
