Steel plate features: Our company's steel plates for pad printing are made of SKD11 steel. The surface of each steel plate has been hardened to make it scratch-resistant and not easy to wear.
2. Surface grinding: The surface of the steel plate is first ground by a flat grinder and then by a diamond sand grinder to obtain better flatness and fineness of the steel plate surface.
3. Types of steel plates:
1. Both sides of our steel plates are hardened and can be single-sided or double-sided ground.
2. The content of the steel plate can be single-sided or double-sided. Generally, for the convenience of storage and management, most people use single-sided plates.
3. The steel plate can be reused. If the old steel plate content is no longer produced, it can be sent to our company for surface grinding and then new content can be made on it. This type is called a remade steel plate and is cheaper than a new one.
