- This machine can print 2 balls with 6 sides and 4 balls with 4 sides.
Manually pour the material into the storage tank → automatically climb the golf balls to prepare the material → the robot automatically sucks 4 balls into the material → shifts 4 balls to print → UV dry the first side → servo rotates 90° to the second side → print → UV dry the second side → Then rotate 3-4 sides to print to the outlet, the fixture is opened → the three-stage robot sends the ball to the second round turntable → 4 balls are moved each time → DD motor drives → servo motor rotates the required UV drying surface → UV drying is completed → the robot sucks out the material.
When 2 balls for 6 sides printing and UV drying are selected, the ball displacement is 1 station 2 balls each time, and two sets of top and bottom flipping mechanisms are started at the same time → 6-side printing and UV drying are performed.
If UV drying is not used, four-in-four-out traditional ink printing can be used → four sets of simple ovens can be used to dry and discharge the materials.
