to increase adhesive capacity of inks.

the flame treatment machine can be used for treating plastic cylinder bottle or cup. the conveyor with rotate fixture as bottle move through the flame nozzle the bottle will auto rotating to making sure surface treatment uniform.

The object will be auto rotated in treating procedure.
Installing 2PCS flame nozzle.
Cooling device helps to reduce the temperature in the treating space.
Auto firing device saves gas and the flame will be stopped without the object to assure the safety.
