Auto hot stamping machine for numbering wheel

Manual feeding into the vibrator (not too much) =>the vibrator re-arrange the direction (risen point faces upward)=>switch the position to make the wheel stand up into the registration area=>wheel into fixture=>registration=>hot stamping=>auto unloading.
Main spindle are precision ground and can operate at low pressure.
3 timer controls for better performance, 1 for pressure time, 1 for delay time, 1 for foil feed adjustment.
Special foil device is used for easy set-up/unloading, providing the precision foil action and reduce the less of the foil
High efficiency heater design can raise the temperature quickly.
