Auto mode: manual feeding paper cube=>Pneumatic push-up & clamp =>orient device goes down and leave=>(screen stencil goes down, the print 1st side=>screen stencil moves up =>Pneumatic 4-indexing device rotate)=>repeat actions in round brackets until 4 sides printing is completed=>manual take out=>finish a printing.
Semi mode: Every action is the same as Auto mode, but the rotary, printing, double printing is controlled by switch.
For auto mode, printing one time+ rotate one time or printing two times+rotate one time is available. If the operator wants to set the printing times and rotate times at will, please use Semi-auto mode.
POD & PLC control system is easy for operation & maintenance.
Use the Germany made "FESTO" and Japan made "SMC" pneumatic components.
The transmission system of the machine utilizes a direct imported Japan made linear bearing guide for extremely stable printing.
