8 section indexing is adopted for 2Pcs at one time printing, fast manual feeding speed.
Steel plate forward/backward movement device, with motor type pad clean device. Steel plate is fixed.
Steel plate forward/backward movement device is designed for good registration with low loading for long term operation.
PLC control can set the printing times, pause time 0-99 seconds, printing q'ty, manual/auto mode.
Add one set pad clean device for cleaning the surplus ink or dust on pad for increasing printing quality and yield rate. (tape 100mm)
Using imported tungsten ink cup for stable quality, save the cost of ink & solvent, no scent, no smell, beauty printing color, low pollution and increase the production capacity.
The extra light mounted on the machine give clear printing.
Patent ink squeegee device provides stable/smooth/clear ink squeezing.
Extra IO points of PLC are spare point, can be connected with feeding robot arm, unloading robot arm and plasma treatment which are provided by customer.
Using Fuji POD & Mitsubishi PLC components.
Special registration device is mounted on indexing for long term operation without displacement.
L & R adjustment of indexing is available for easy registration and fixture change.
